Coworking Newwork - 22@, Barcelona

We present the result of the comprehensive reform of an old industrial building in the 22@ district (Poblenou). Newwork, a workspace located in the bustling and most developed technological district of Barcelona. At Expert Line we have participated in the comprehensive equipment and furniture of its more than 2,700 m2 of offices and coworking areas capable of accommodating up to 300 users. It is one of the largest business centers in Barcelona.

We have equipped more than 100 open office coworking positions (32 fixed and 68 flexible) and 200 positions in 80 offices for 2-3 people. It also has 3 concentration booths, 4 office-kitchens, 5 meeting rooms of different sizes, 6 informal meeting areas with soft seating and a large outdoor terrace.

The Expert Line team has not only supplied and installed the furniture but has also planned and executed the electrification of the workstations according to needs.

The building has been rehabilitated by the prestigious Trias de Bes architecture firm, where the company's values ​​based on sustainability and modernity are reflected without losing the original essence of the old electrical component factory that it housed.
